Timothy Sycks

Tim is our Associate Attorney, leading Life Point Law’s Estate Planning Department. He holds his Bachelor of Arts in Prelaw from Pensacola Christian College in Pensacola, FL, and his Juris Doctorate from Mitchell Hamline School of Law in St. Paul, MN. Tim is adorned with 20+ years in the Insurance industry, 8 years in the Financial Services industry, and has Management experience in Financial Services and Insurance, as well as Retail.

Tim finds helping people plan and prepare for their retirement years enormously rewarding. He states that Estate Planning and retirement preparation, “is much more than just drafting legal documents or investment planning.” Tim truly appreciates the wholistic and comprehensive approach to Elder Law and Estate Planning that Life Point Law takes with its clients.

Tim is an avid outdoorsman with a love for hiking, fishing and hunting, but you’ll also see him in the gym. Most of all he loves spending time with his family.
