We are very pleased with the knowledge, care and professionalism we received from Rajiv and his staff. What I loved the most is that Life Point Law takes a different (from standard Estate planning) approach in planning - We plan that we will live a long time and that we will most likely need some kind of care as we age thus having enough money to get proper care during the aging process and not being a burden to others should we need special care was important to us. With the help of Life Point Law we just got approval of Medicaid Benefits for my 86 yr old father-in law, who needed help transitioning from home to a Senior Living Facility with skilled nursing care. After initially attending one of Rajiv Nagaich’s seminars on elder care planning we could see immediately that Rajiv understood the special needs of a senior family member and the issues of care, paying for care, and protecting ones assets. We learned about how they could help us find the right place for the needed care and that Medicaid could help pay for it and protect the family assets. For the first time in many years we as a family can start to feel like our parents are cared for and their assets won’t be used to pay for specialized care until they run out of money. As a nurse, I know the guidance on health issues is spot on, and even though I am reluctant to look at care facilities at my age...the advice to look now just to see what is out there is good advice.
